Whether you're planning your little one's precious first birthday, a baby shower, or your first out-of-the-house celebration, you can enjoy being able to create a unique, exciting, and entertaining program for your child's special day.
Party Starter Package - $275
Indulge in accessible luxury by elevating your family’s celebration in The Playgroup Collective. Our unique space is designed to be enjoyed by all, so you can feel comfortable inviting the whole family.
Our space has a maximum capacity of 60 people, but we suggest parties have no more than 30 guests to ensure there is room for all (excluding children under 9 months). We highly recommend reserving early based on availability.
Our Starter Party Package includes:
2 hours of exclusive playtime (plus a bonus ‘quiet’ room for an effortlessly smooth hosting experience)
30 minutes of set-up time prior to your party
1 Playgroup Collective assistant at your service to help lead the party/specialized activity add-ons. We ensure every detail is perfect to make your celebration truly special.
Time for you to host your Cake Ceremony
Fun playlists & music for all to enjoy
Clean-up provided by the Playgroup Collective so you don’t have to sweat the take-down

Setup and Cleanup Time: Make the most of an additional 30 minutes for setup, and another 15 minutes for tear-down as we kindly request that any personal items brought in be taken home with you.
Food and Decor Etiquette: Indulge in your favourite treats within our designated eating space, and feel free to splash our walls with decorations—please just ensure they can be easily removed and taken home with you. *No food or beverages are supplied, please bring your own to enjoy.
Guest Parking: Our incredible new space offers ample free parking directly in front or just off to the side.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that once you have booked your private event with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than a week (7 days) before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a 50% fee/rebooking charge.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to your appointment. We require those 7 days' notice in order to process a full cancellation (immediately after cancellation/rebooking, a 50% refund will be provided).

Half-hour guided busy activity - $50
Add some unique and engaging extra fun to your event with our 30-minute guided busy activity for children! Perfect for keeping the little ones entertained, this activity is designed to engage kids with creative, interactive challenges that are both fun and educational. Whether a hands-on sensory activity, a scavenger hunt, or a mini obstacle course, our experienced activity leader will structure the activity based on your requested age-range and ensure the kids are having a blast while you focus on enjoying the event!
Half-hour guided crafty activity - $50
Add some arts & crafts fun to your event with our 30-minute guided crafty activity for children! Our hands-on crafty activities allows kids to unleash their creativity by making their own unique crafts and creations. From painting and decorating to making fun DIY projects, our experienced activity leader will structure the activity based on the requested age-range and guide your little ones through the steps, ensuring they have a blast while creating something special to take home!

Our space is thoughtfully designed to allow for celebrations that the whole family can enjoy— (from babies and children to adults and grandparents)! That being said, we’ve found our play space to be an ideal party destination for children between the ages of 0-6.

Yes, we strive to be an inclusive space. Please reach out to us ahead of your visit to discuss any specific needs so we can best accommodate your family.

We strongly suggest reserving your date in advance, as dates fill up quickly.

While the Playgroup collection does not directly supply food/cake, we highly suggest exploring some of the amazing local vendors nearby to fuel your cake and snacking needs.
Please note: Make sure to bring a knife for the cake cutting ceremony!

We like to keep things simple, fun, and easygoing! Here’s a little breakdown of what many of our families experience when choosing to host with us:
Arrival & Set-Up: Arrive 30 minutes early to set up your decorations and get settled.
Welcoming Guests: As your guests arrive, they can explore and get comfy.
Free Play Fun!: Kiddos can enjoy open play while everyone gets settled.
Snack Time!: Time for little ones (and grown-ups!) to refuel with your favorite party snacks.
Structured Activity (If Added): If you’ve booked an extra activity, this is when the magic happens!
Cake Time!: Gather everyone for cake and those special birthday wishes.
Presents or More Play: You can choose to open gifts or let the kids enjoy more free play before the party wraps up.

Yes! The Playgroup Collective is your blank canvas to decorate however you wish. Bring your decorations with you and make the most of an additional 30 minutes prior to your party for decor set-up, with one of our party assistants available to help as-needed.
We kindly request that any personal items that have been brought in be either taken with you at the end of the event or properly disposed of in our provided garbage bins.
